Chris Carrigee, PE, CPA(Ret)

Co-founder, Chief Executive Officer

Chris Carrigee, PE, CPA (ret) is a visionary leader and accomplished C-suite executive with deep expertise in business management and the software that runs these enterprises. With over 200 successful system conversions, Chris has mastered project management, implementation, and goal execution. In 1999, he co-founded Advanced Business Systems, LLC (ABS) to represent Navision Software from Copenhagen, Denmark. Under his leadership, ABS expanded internationally, serving several diverse industries. ABS won prestigious awards such as Microsoft’s President’s Club and Inner Circle honors, and Chris drove the company to exceptional profitability until its acquisition in 2020. Chris has been involved in the blockchain and cryptocurrency revolution since 2017. He holds certifications from AICPA and Blockchain Council, solidifying his expertise as a Blockchain and DAO Expert. After the ABS acquisition Chris served as President of AI Advisors and a Board Member of Blockchain Advisors, LLC. Chris holds a Professional Engineering license and retired his CPA license after 25 years. Chris has contributed to various technology publication and enjoys spending time outdoors with his four children.

FAHAD BIN ABDUL AZIZ ABDULDAYEM

Co-founder, Chief Capital Markets Officer President, CEO, Middle East

Fahad Abdulaziz Abduldayemis a highly-successful innovation visionary, CEO with Award Winning technologies developed in energy and cities of the future. In 2014, Mr. Abduldayem founded Cities of the future Company in the United Arab Emirates, the company that presented the idea of three projects for cities of the future after the completion of the systems integration: City of the Future in Dubai, JazanAgriculturalCityin Saudi Arabia (City of the South) and City of the North in the north of Saudi Arabia. This company is founded in cooperation with a group well-established European companies, including Dentons Law Firm and the Polish-SaudiChamberofCommerce and the Spanish COPASA, which represents 1200 companies, including a group of companies currently working on the Riyadh metro project, and the German engineering companies Extract and Grouppa5.

John Schroder

Co-founder, Chief Startegy Officer

John Schroder is a self-proclaimed “traditional technologist," in that he looks at technology as a means to solve perennial problems, not a short-term innovation likely to create new ones. Over the past decade, he has explored the underlying principles of blockchain technology, became a managing partner in a crypto based hedge fund, written numerous articles on the subject, and formed partnerships with some of the most recognized organizations in the crypto and Bitcoin space. John is a Certified Blockchain & Financial Professional, and while he certainly “leans Bitcoin,” he views many of these emerging protocols as “means” by which we may all have a more abundant “end.” Prior to his personal discovery of Bitcoin, John served as the CEO Juvo Technologies, a software centric company that eventually found its way into the digital payments space. John lives just north of New Orleans in Covington, LA with his wife and five kids. In his free time, he and his wife Jennifer enjoy renovating homes, cabins, and other high impact projects in their local community.

Moses de los Santos

Co-founder, Chief Alliances Officer

Moses de los Santos is a strategic C-suite executive and Co-founder specializing in global alliances, channel partnerships, and revenue acceleration in Fintech, payments, SaaS, and emerging technologies like blockchain. He pioneered smart card technologies in the US as Regional Manager for Schlumberger, contributing to their initial market launch, and later targeted 1,700 banking institutions as Senior Consultant at First Data. Moses has driven significant revenue growth through landmark partnerships with SAP, Microsoft, Shopify, Intuit, and others, while leading ISV ecosystems and exceeding targets via multi-year agreements. As Managing Director of a Microsoft ISV in Oslo, Norway, he successfully launched and scaled North American operations. A Board Member of Blockchain Advisors, Moses bridges traditional finance with innovative blockchain solutions. He previously served as Treasurer of the Amana Colonies Land Use District.

His expertise in launching emerging tech and delivering market results positions him as a key leader in Fintech, payments, and decentralized ecosystems.
